The ANEC Secretariat ensures the daily operation of the association and co-ordinates the work and activities of the standing working groups in defined areas of priority. It keeps in close contact with the European Commission, the European Parliament, the European Standards Bodies, NGOs and relevant actors. The Secretariat has a full time staff of ten people.
Ecodesign Project Coordinator
Katrin Behnke holds a Masters degree in Environmental and Resource Economics. She is Assistant for the area of Environment and Services. Katrin coordinates the activities of the Smart Meters and Smart Grids Project Team. She is also responsible for the ANEC website.
Kristina Aleksandrova holds a Masters degree in European Public Administration. She is Assistant, Policy. Kristina provides support for the collaboration with Consumers International and ISO/COPOLCO. She is also commissioning editor of the ANEC newsletter and assists the work on e-Accessibility. Kristina also provides administrative support to the Secretary General for the Steering Committee and General Assembly.
