SAMNIC 'Training on Safety Assessment and Management for New and Innovative Children’s Products

The main objective of the SAMNIC project was the development of an innovative tool called MOOC, intended to give training on safety of children’s products both to technical staff of this industry, especially in SMEs, and staff at consumer associations.

SAMNIC MOOC is an open online free Internet course on the safety assessment and management for new and innovative children’s products. SAMNIC MOOC offers a global vision about children’s products safety.

SAMNIC MOOC 

The consortium of the SAMNIC project, coordinated by the Technological Institute for Children's Products & Leisure, AIJU (Spain), was formed by the Czech Association for Toy and Play, SHH (the Czech Republic); the University of Alicante, UA (Spain); the European Association for Coordination of ConsumerRepresentation in Standardisation, ANEC (Belgium), and the Università Degli Studi Di Padova, UniPd, (Italy).
